PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The 100,000 SF Sachs Recreation Center is a new hub of activity in Deerfield. Opening the center fulfills two longtime desires of district residents and officials: gymnasium space, plus additional walking paths. The Center provides district residents with a public fitness facility for the first time and makes available additional pool time for the highly ranked Coho Swim Club.

Building infrastructure issues such as roofing, structure, and water infiltration were also addressed during the renovation. This facility includes three gymnasiums, tennis and racquetball courts, a fitness center, an indoor pool, before and after kindergarten care, and a cafe.
