Project Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Williams Architects conducted a Space Needs Analysis for the Village of Bartlett that confirmed the Village’s 26-year-old police station was not equipped to meet the growing demands of the Bartlett police force. The study was approved by the Village to move forward with the expansion of the police station.

The new facility was constructed in two phases, allowing the Bartlett Police Department to remain in service at their existing building on site throughout the project.

The facility houses the Department’s jail, gun range, investigations, patrol, administration, evidence and community meeting functions. The design matches the existing Village Hall as directed by the Village Board.
