Habitat for Humanity Volunteer Day
In the spirit of giving back to our community, Williams Architects / Aquatics hosted our first DuPage Habitat for Humanity Volunteer Day. Several Williams’ employees (Tom LaLonde, Chris Suhr, Stacy Jozwiak, Brittany O’Connor, Scott Morlock & Karen Lellios) spent the day working on various projects – seeding the lawn, siding the house, etc. What a wonderful experience for such a terrific organization.
Kids Alive
Earlier this year, company President Mark Bushhouse spent a week in the Dominican Republic helping “Kids Alive” with their mission to save children. Sponsored through the Wheaton Bible Church, Mark’s time was spent expanding an orphanage and school for the local children in Constanza.

Williams Architects Announces Sponsorship Agreement with the National Association of Park Foundations
(Itasca, Illinois) The Itasca, Illinois based firm of Williams Architects recently announced a strategic sponsorship with the National Association of Park Foundations (NAPF).
The multi-year sponsorship agreement further exemplifies the commitment of Williams Architects to support the parks and recreation local park foundation sector through the ongoing corporate social responsibility initiatives of Williams Architects.
“Being an official sponsor to NAPF is very important to Williams Architects and underscores our commitment to give back to the parks and recreations sector; a major component of the Williams Architect portfolio” says Tom Poulos, Vice President / Managing Principal of Williams Architects. “Williams Architects recognizes the importance of citizen and volunteer involvement to the local park environment through local park foundations and friends groups. When the NAPF approached us with their focus of educating and supporting citizen and volunteers who govern their local park foundations, we knew that we had to support the NAPF in a meaningful way.”
“On behalf of the NAPF members who will benefit from this generous support, we thank Williams Architects and remain dedicated to forwarding the mission of NAPF to provide much needed resources and educational guidance to citizen and volunteer led local park foundations.”
