PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This multifunctional structure, which features park district offices, vehicle maintenance and parking areas, storage space and locker rooms. The facility’s maintenance area contains a wash bay, tool storage space, wood and paint shops, a loading dock, metal storage racking systems for seasonal equipment, two mezzanines and a service elevator. Site work on the five-acre site included parking, sidewalks, site lighting detention, materials storage bins, and fueling facilities.
