PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Nestled within a 45-acre, 9-hole executive golf course will lie the new and improved Boughton Ridge clubhouse. The 14,300 SF clubhouse is being designed to be reminiscent of a north woods lodge.

Upon entering the clubhouse, golfers and guests will be greeted by a grand staircase, directing them up to the dining areas with sweeping views of the course.

The main level shall host the Grille Room, Locker Rooms, Golf Simulator and Pro Shop.
