PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Residents of the Waukegan Park District have another great reason to visit the new Field House at Hinkston Park; a branch library facility within the facility.

This small branch library provides popular print and A/V collections for general circulation, while also providing public access computers for use in the branch and tablets and e-readers for users of the adjacent Fitness Center. The facility is a fantastic example of a successful intergovernmental agreement that enhances offerings and services to Waukegan residents.
