  • A sweeping, 12-acre central lagoon and more than nine-acres of wetlands created for improved water quality, responsible regional stormwater management and potential revenue generation as a possible wetland bank or off-site wetland mitigation site.
  • Balance of open “event” meadows, woodlands, wetlands and traditional park landscapes with approximately 60 percent of the park in a wooded state through preservation of existing woodlands and reforestation.
A coordinated “family” of site structures, including a community center, family aquatic center, events pavilion, boathouse and a variety of pavilions and support structures throughout the park.
