The renovation of this two-story historic Hill Farm House Mansion provided upgrades in both the exterior and interior. This remodeling brought the facility into compliance with the American Disabilities Act, Environmental Barriers Act and Building Code for the proposed reusese of the building as a pre-school.

This project culminated in the renovation of the former DuPage County Courthouse to a campus for the university, for which Williams has also provided services for the institution's Evanston, Wheeling, Lombard and (former) Glen Ellyn campuses.

This facility has amenities for year round pre-school programs including summer day camp. The structure includes two large rooms used for various activities, a kitchen, office and several storage areas. The site provides outdoor activities with a main pool, a wading pool, four tennis courts, a playground and a ball field. An expanded parking area offers a drop-off area for safety and convenience.

Skokie Park District's 14,350-square-foot center includes six individual classrooms for children ranging in age from six months to five years, as well as several provider offices, considerable storage space, a large food preparation facility, and a versatile activity room available for after-hours use as designated by the Park District. 

Tot Learning Center blends bold geometries, eye-catching patterns, and ample daylight in such a way that children are not only educated, but stimulated. Tot Learning Center received one of the American Institute of Architects Northeast Illinois Chapter's prestigious "Distinguished Building Awards" for Architectural Merit in 1997.

This early childhood facility is located in the west wing of the Wilmette Park District's Recreation Center. Its components include five large pre-school rooms, multi purpose rooms and an indoor play area. The 75,000-square-foot recreation center was formerly the Bell School and is a perfect example of adaptive reuse to meet the community's changing needs
